Cut, clean, chop, put in trays/add just enough water, freeze; then use in soups, sauces, and recipes during the winter months.
You can even combine herbs, like sage, thyme and rosemary into 1 cube to use for gravy.
TIP: wear gloves when putting into the tray or else your fingers will be stained from the basil. And it doesn’t just wash off.
